I started Akoojee CPA because I kept seeing the same problem: business owners with real revenue and real complexity whose books were being kept — but not understood. They'd get a report every month and have no idea what to make of it. And when something changed, or a decision needed to be made, there was no one to call.
Over eight years I've worked across public accounting, healthcare, SaaS, and professional services — managing close processes, building financial reporting frameworks, and advising operators on what the numbers actually mean. Most recently, I've spent years managing a high-volume portfolio of 40+ clients across SaaS, healthcare, and professional services at a national accounting firm. That breadth matters. When your books have a problem, I've likely seen it before — and I know what clean looks like on the other side.
I also use AI tools throughout the close process — not to replace judgment, but to move faster, catch more, and spend less time on data entry and more time on the work that actually requires a CPA. That means tighter turnarounds and more consistent delivery without cutting corners.
Akoojee CPA is intentionally boutique. I don't take on more than I can serve well. Every client gets the same standard: accurate books, operational clarity, and real advisory — delivered consistently, not just at year-end.
